Dear Members,
We are hoping everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday.
This letter is to inform you that there will be a general
board meeting in Chico on January 20, 2010. The meeting will
be hosted by Shane Scott at his shop at 2990 Hagan Lane,
Chico. Shane has volunteered to provide a BBQ starting at
6:00 PM with our meeting starting at 7:00 PM. Great job and
many thanks Shane.
John Padjen, Alan Handy, Rick Faeth, and Bob Carrel are to
attend as past and present promoters. The purpose of this
meeting is to nominate future Hall of Fame people as well as
trying to set the dates for our Hall of Fame BBQ’s. If you
are interested in becoming part of our board or volunteering
to help with our BBQ’s or other events, we would love to
hear from you.

Please note it is very important that we need more than just
a name for a nomination.

- Include name of person being nominated
- Contact person
- Phone number of someone who can give a short history
of nominated person if you are unable to provide this
information
- Address of person nominated
- If you can’t give all the information on the person
you are nominating please give name and contact of someone
who can give the information to the committee
- Forms will be available of the web as well as with
each mailed correspondence
- Please return this information as soon as possible so
it can be compiled into a ballot as well as newsletters
going out.
To make the Hall of Fame successful we need your input
